NOTICE OF PUBLIC ANNUAL MEETING

The Québec Port Authority, under Section 35 of the Canada Marine Act, hereby gives notice that it will be having, in accordance with Article 34 of the said Act, its Public Annual Meeting, Friday, June 16, 2023, at 10:30 AM.

The meeting will be held by videoconference. Please signify your interest in attending the meeting virtually by emailing: [email protected]. You will receive instructions on how to connect 48 hours prior to the meeting.

The Québec Port Authority's financial statements will be made available to the public on the Port of Québec’s website on June 16, 2023.
