NOTICE OF PUBLIC ANNUAL MEETING

The Québec Port Authority, under Section 35 of the Canada Marine Act, hereby gives notice that it will be having, in accordance with Article 34 of the said Act, its Public Annual Meeting, Friday June 4th, 2021 at 10h30. Due to the current public health context, the meeting will be held by videoconference. Please signify your interest in virtually attending the meeting by emailing at: [email protected] You will receive instructions on how to join 48 hours prior to the meeting.

The Québec Port Authority's financial statements will be made available to the public on the Port of Québec’s website on June 4th, 2021.
