NOTICE OF PUBLIC ANNUAL MEETING

The Québec Port Authority, under Section 35 of the Canada Marine Act, hereby gives notice that it will be having, in accordance with Article 34 of the said Act, its Public Annual Meeting, Wednesday May 14, 2014, at 10 a.m. at the Ross Gaudreault cruise Terminal, located at 84 Dalhousie Street in Québec.

Financial statements of the Québec Port Authority are available to the public for consultation at its headquarters at 150 Dalhousie in Québec.
