Foulon walkway preliminary design is now available

 The Port of Québec will complete the last 1.7 kilometres of the Promenade Samuel-De Champlain. This last section will end at the gates of Old Québec, making the Promenade a link between the river, the port and the city.

To improve the coexistence of port and city life, the QPA has planned a 1.7 km greenway that will extend between the Bassin Brown and Gilmour Hill. The residents of Cap Blanc will see a green recreational space installed in 2015 that will separate residential areas from port activities.
